Angela Shauer has a B.Mus. from Eastern Washington University and an M.A. in violin performance from W.S. U. Her primary teachers have been Philip Baldwin, Meredith Arksey, and Mateusz Wolski. Along with performing solo and chamber music recitals, Angela has been a member of the violin and viola sections of the Oregon East Symphony, Walla Symphony, Washington-Idaho Symphony, and served as principal second violin of the Mid-Columbia Symphony. When she isn’t performing, she enjoys traveling, reading, photography, playing in her garden and spending time with her husband and cat. She teaches violin and viola at Atom Heart Music in Pullman and at her home in Moscow.
